With over 12 seasons of teaching, coaching and guiding experience, Damien Watson is a master of the sport. One of the most progressive riders in Ablerta, he has most recently chosen to take the back seat when it comes to competing in Canada. With amazingly smooth snowboard style and great communication skills when coaching he has no problems with getting snowboarders where they want to go. He now dedicates all his spare time to guiding young hopefuls in the right direction, and always sets the best example when it comes to modesty.

For 20 years experience, Craig Gaunce has been a leader in snowboard teaching and coaching in Alberta. He has an amazing ability to inspire and motivate others, and is a friend to everyone he meets. He has learnt from some of the great riders that have come out of the Bow Valley. Passionate, positive and enthusiastic about all angles of snowboarding, he now loves giving back to the sport.

Together, Craig and Damien have put together the “Rocky Mountain Military Snowboard Club” and we are based out of the Bow Valley. Both avid snowboarders and best friends, their pure mission is to bridge the gap between local kids who get to snowboard here in the Bow Valley, and kids that don't.
Their goal now and in the future is to make snowboarding as accessible as possible while providing support and coaching at local resorts as well as local and national snowboard events. Any individual involved with RMM can now find themselves amongst positive minded individuals and can participate in what we believe is one of the best sports in the world!
